I feel we need more tools to be successful for example a computer in the HR office or a laptop, if someone comes in and is needing help changing their W4, setting up direct depsoit, an walk in applicant, without the access to a cell phone as HR specialist it is though
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping our correctional officers given them the support they need. Answering questions etc

Everyone here works hard at HTCF, we work together and everyone tries to help each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are very caring, dedicated like Mrs.Fraley, Emerson, Rice, LT Admin Oberholtzer, Mrs Dawn Easley, I love it here
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Tracey Samuels checks in on me and stays in touch with out me currently having an HR manager. FA Emerson, does a great job being involved, and helping me at all times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like a lot has to be done and with the knowledge I have and experience the pay I am getting is not equal out to average of what I believe it is.
