I have been with the company for 4 years and within the 4 years, I've had opportunities to promote. The leadership team is great and I have learned a lot in each position I've been in to help me get where I am today.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how my leadership team is responsive to us in regards to mental health, wellness, and family matters.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I used to work in the Northern California region, I really felt the environment was family-oriented and we were all very supportive of each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work would be the fact that I am not being micromanaged, I'm productive throughout the day, I'm able to manage my own schedule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel more undervalued when I know that other jobs/companies such as fast food and retail companies are paying their employees more than what my job is paying. It's not all about the money, I am here because I want to make a change. However, it can definitely be overwhelming and can burn us out.
