My work job is pretty easy for me and so are my coworkers. Its the upper managment that makes situations difficult. Upper managment has people they allow to verball and emotionally abuse other staff
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is nothing to be excited about, the moral is so bad here
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along great and have the same concerns within the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When the staff plans luncheons together and we are able to enjoy time together
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great on a personal level but no so much as leaders. There is so much favortism and unfairness here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are employees who have started years after I did who now make so much more than I and others who have been here for 10 plus years
