Most everyone is accepting with the daily changes and do their job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We have been working non stop through Covid-19 pandemic and no extra pay/days were even offered, that made us feel like we didn't matter

Best thing is to have a good leader, a leader that can do basic job and leadership jobs

I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
