I am new here but so far I love working here because it gives better benefits that most jobs I have worked, the culture here is friendly, the stress level is less and we all work together as a team. Some security officers are kind of mean and just rude but it's only a handful of them
What makes you most happy at work?
Calm environment, less micro managing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the health insurance package does not give a lot of options and the family deductible is too high
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are hard working and support everyone the same to the best of my knowledge even though I am new here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate well together, they are friendly, helpful and unlike other facilities, they support one another without making a big deal out of everything. So far no bullies have been noted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
positive attitudes, I feel comfortable in my skin color without fear of being singled out as African or dark skinned. The culture here seems to be a big melting pot which is unusual in a lot of settings.
