Again newer here, so far, so good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel safe here doing my job and I feel like the demographic is diverse.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am a newer employee and don't feel I have much to input at this time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is a gossipy place and the no swearing and dress code policy is not enforced.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm not sure how to answer this question, but regarding the last question, I'm not excited about going to work, but I don't mind going to work and I don't wake up thinking I don't want to go to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The regional HR was unable to provide a copy of the employee handbook during our training and when I asked her a specific question about benefits, she claimed to not know the answer as she resides in a different state. it was a bit disappointing.
