I've been with Geo for almost five years now. I started in Food Service and then transferred to security. I'm at a point in my life and my career where I strive every day to do a great job. I work with great people who push me every day. I can honestly say I have come a long way with this company.

Working to inspire each other. Prioritizing trust, respect, gratitude, and integrity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's difficult to feel valued with over 5 years of experience and new hires with no experience are making .40 less than me
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about my leadership team is the positivity, the communication, and setting a high expectation level while striving for constant success. It truly is a team effort.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Holding each other accountable. Understanding that there will be mishaps, but we can always come back from it. Every single day is the chance to be better than yesterday.
