could be a great company to work , if management could ACTUAL manage staff members , be more insightful. Good place to work and career build if given fair chances not having to be in an INNER CIRCLE

Certain staff members that have a positive mindset and actually speak to you and show concern
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to gain knowledge and help others that DO CARE about their job and WANT to work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
communication, speaking only about work and not about things that are not relevant to work. Team work , helping someone out with good intentions and not with the intent to get something out of it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication- speaking and relaying important information at the time is it due or needed. and Management skills- some staff members have no people skills to be Supervisors. Need to learn how direct and stick to the plan not change when they feel like it or favoritism
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not be recognized, or at least checked on to see if help is needed. Hours upon Hours spent to work hard and fair, not taking short cuts. yet certain staff can do no wrong when wrong and receive recognition . I would like to get compensated for the work that is done and the plus more on a daily bases
