I have worked with the company for 9 yrs and I have enjoyed every different position I have been at, the pay can better as I stated before, especially due to staying here thru a pandemic as serious as the one we had.

The fact that we are helping our clients and making a change in our county.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a supervisor at my facility I strongly believe the compensation show not be the same for a 10 yr veteran and a new employee, we struggle to retain employees and we are not valued for remaining faithful and loyal.
