It could be better, At my company we need better management, better policies, better training. The job we do is very inconsistent.

Investing in their employees, pay a better salary, provide better training.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That they want to help the inmates become clean and sober.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is not being effective with their goal. The company needs to invest more in their employees and equipment. Better training from the start. Give people a reason to come to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Company chooses benefits that only benefit the company. They pay just above the minimum. The company needs to provide better training from the start, not after. There needs to be better perks, dress down Fridays, days off for great attendance. lunch once in a while. Divided PTO and Sick time.
