
I have taken on numerous extra tasks that are not within the parameters of my job description to help assist EPS and CM staff with little to no recognition. Only those staff who are in the Leadships' office/face constantly are recognized.
If you're not part of the "in-crowd" then you are ignored. When problems are presented to Leadership Staff regarding behavior of co-workers there is either no response at all or you are basically told to worry about yourself and not your co-workers.
Keep off you phone, stop shopping on company time, and actually care about the safety of the Facility and its' staff. Stop expecting your co-workers to pick-up the slack because your too busy on your personal phone to be bothered when the Facility phone is ringing or a client needs assistance.
