For the past 5years I have dedicated my life to this company putting in countless hours only to make sure I do a job well. I never seem like the company acknowledges my efforts which make it all seem pointless. Had I not invested so many years, I would have probably quit by now.

Make it a place where people want to come to work, not come and be treated worst than the detainees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company does not respect its employees and treat them as if they are the ones incarcerated Its hard to keep a smile when your being treated so poorly.
