My pay is below the market pay for a HR Manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team works very hard, but likes to have a good time. They value comradery.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a strong bond in the corrections community. The staff are very hard workers and have adapted well to the challenges they face.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day, I see the difference I make in peoples lives. Work is a means for people to support themselves and their families and sometime there are challenges and or obstacles they encounter within their work environment. It makes me happy to make their lives easier by providing the best service.
