My overall experience is good. I love my co-workers but not so much admin team. They don't really hold up their end of what they say will happen. They're hard to work with and get things done. My direct manager here that I work with is amazing though.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with co-workers. As soon as I get into my area at least
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not have much interaction with them besides email. My direct manager is amazing though!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were promised a raise and some of us have been waiting 5 months for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They make coming to work enjoyable. I know when I get here to work that it will be inviting and everyone will be doing their job to get things done
