How extremely intelligent they are. Along with the brains they are compassionate and easy to talk to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of paid holidays we get as well as the PTO. I like the 401K option along with disability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How diverse it is. How everyone just wants to make sure you are happy and taken care of. Everyone looks out for everyone else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The kindness not only about me at work but about my personal/family life as well. The patience they give when it comes to training and learning new things.
