The leadership team are all knowledgeable with their particular duties and responsibilities. If I ask any of them a question directly or indirectly related to their field, I am confident I am getting good instruction.
My position is the lowest compensated in my particular organization, that is fair. However, in some instances I have higher education and more overall experience than the next pay grade level and get paid less only because of the title/label of positions.
The management team/assistants is a very diverse unit (four men/nine women, four African-American, six white, one Hispanic, one Native American and one other. I have not been here long enough (60 days) to know the office politics yet, but I also feel this speaks to the professionalism within my org
