What makes you most happy at work?
my co-workers and my interaction with the inmates about them making better choices.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
management needs listen to us, about pay and have more respect of what we do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
most of us are doing two peoples jobs, not getting compensated for it. We are short staffed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
first of all the pay is not enough for us to do two peoples job. There is no commucation, dont'nt know what we are doing, they are daily changes we are left out in the cold, where to go or what to do.
