The health benefits are some of the best in the nation. The annual bonus isn't bad either.

willingness to pitch in and help. Always working with the team concept rather than a selfish approach.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is one of a safe and nurturing environment. They look to better you as an employee rather than threaten to fire you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders of the Contract Compliance department are some of the smartest, innovative, and compassionate people I've ever worked with in this industry in my past 30 years.
