More organization and more security and safety investments into the prison facilities. Workers should be appreciated more. Workers should be paid more. Training needs to improve a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have a dangerous job; it's a stressful job and we should be paid with a competitive wage. Not only should the security staff should be paid more but the entire facility deserves a fair wage, we all work with dangerous people everyday and is willing to risk our lives.
