Over all everything there is no leadership no Organization no care for employees just detainees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
That they will take accountability and treat the employees fairly and know that employees come first and not the detainees because the employees are the ones that run the building make us feel valuable and welcome and start the favoritism
