When I first started in corrections I was blown away on how much I enjoyed it, though you have to know that when I started it was with a different company. I understand that this is a profit driven company and the bottom line is profit, but I have never seen a company with this kind of turnaround.

the ability to learn different areas of our career

need people skills, we here walk on egg shells

better management not having to be walking on eggshells and not feel like you are targeted
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
having the right people in place that actually care what they do everyday cause there are people who consider this job as a career
