We have a huge moral issue. Our turnover rate is extremely high due to certain management. The manipulative high school games that is played by upper management is pathetic.

Stop acting like this is high school. The gossip, lies, and favoritism is at its finest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When the management team is not positive and very negative only listening to certain people and very manipulative to turn situations around and make it your fault it's not a positive environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our facility leadership is tainted and tarnished with certain management who only tell their side of the story of what they want to know. Bullying and degrading and manipulation is at its finest at the facility.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management does not stay in their own lane. Other management does not have the option to be a manager to their department because it is overruled by a certain individual. We have a huge moral issue. It's always do as I say not as I do. The mentality of certain people thinking and doing whatever
