For the most part my experience has been very good. Having been with the company for several years the one thing that has always been an issue is communication - whether it be interdepartmental, within department or from executive management.

The relaxed environment; work-life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid at a rate comparable to my peers. Specific guidelines should be in place to ensure promotion raises are equitable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Provide flexible work schedule (remote); redesign cubicles at Corporate office to provide more privacy for workers to allow ability to focus more; more communication from executive management about the status of the company
