My overall experience with my company is exceptional, my senior leadership team is supportive, empathic and engaging. There has never been a time where I have not been supported; there is always an open door policy and a place to collaborate and resolve tough issues.

Although my overall experience is good. There are instances where I do not feel supported.

Focus on staff engagement and retention, which is the company's most valuable resource.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and being able to meet and exceed the needs of the customers we serve.

Being able to support and provide guidance to staff and management. Being respected and not undervalued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The mutual respect each person shows to the other and the ability to brainstorm and bounce ideas off each other without feeling judged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaborative nature of the various teams and units; with the understanding that there is a common object or goal and we are all striving to achieve that goal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their ability to work through problems and their willingness to go over and beyond what is needed to get the job accomplished. Also, the ability to work collectively as a team or unit.
