At first I was postive but now i feel like im facing unfair hostilities over questioning the lack of rotation for duty assignments. As an older employee with decades of correctional knowledge I don't feel valued. Not a single postive thing has been said about my work.

Their teamwork, commitment, and detication
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As an older employee I'm bring assigned to the most physically demanding duty post at a rate adnormally higher than my coworkers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Time off and assignment rotations. Corrections is a stressful business. Lack of assignment rotation allows detainees to become overfamiliar with staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The assigned rotations are not consistant and as an older employee I'm placed in more physically demanding positions than my coworkers. Supervisors are opening up The Geo Group to EEOC litigation.
