Very diverse environment and everyone is treated equally

Being away from home and out of parenting mode
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of information received and effort put into keeping the privacy of the calls should involved a pay rate of $20/hr
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have only met 2 people from the leadership team, so it's hard to complete the survey about individuals we have not met
What are some of the best things about your team?
The training class I was apart of was wonderful. We were all determined to see each other progress and hit the floor together. Everyone helped everyone and there was no classmate left behind
