I am very happy to be here at Kingman Correctional, I would like to be compensated more for the work I do, higher wages, for the hard work I do for GEO. Overall, I am satisfied with the company. 4/10's would be nice.

I am satisfied with my coworkers and direct supervisor, they encourage me daily to be successful, and we work together as a team. overall my experience at Kingman Correctional and with GEO has been a positive one.

They follow through, but I would like to see a wage increase.

TEAM WORK AND RELIABILITY!!! AND THE ABILITY TO WORK IN DIVERSE TIMES
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wage increase that are comparable to the cost of living. ie gas prices and the increase of the cost of groceries.
