BI's PTO policy and holiday schedule are very important to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm referring to BI's leadership team. I appreciate that they are approachable. They take the time to listen to issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
BI's culture feels like it's in a transition period. Going from a mostly easy-going culture which values creativity but lacks accountability to a culture with the needed accountability which will hopefully not reduce creativity.
