I returned to work at LCCF and it was the best decision I made, everyone welcomed me back and have made me feel much needed.

We are all team players and everyone pitches in to help each other when necessary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most everyone exudes positive energy and are friendly and good to work with across the board.
What makes you most happy at work?
Providing services to the population that is much needed, making a difference in their lives and promoting positive feedback information that will impact them as they venture out into the community once they are paroled.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Supervisor/Director are fully committed to ensure the employees learn and utilize every tool to the fullest. Atmosphere is always positive and appreciative of their employees, this in turn makes for a very comfortable work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When requirements include having to have a Bachelor's and a person has volumes of experience and yet you make 2.00 less than the kitchen staff it is disheartening. Times are hard and the economy, the COLA is way beyond what people can afford.
