Security hates nursing, dayshift hates night shift. Complaints are ignored.

Geo employees treat other employees as if they are inmates as if they are untrustworthy or lying to them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get security to do their jobs. They have refused to escort me with inmates when requested and they leave you sitting in the lobby for 2 hours if you go out for lunch.
