I came on as a temp working in the File Room. I never thought I would be in the position I am today but I am very thankful to be here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very independent, but we can always lean on each other when the time comes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we are able to have independence as workers. We don't have bosses looking over our shoulders 24/7, but they are always there when you need them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of the PTO and Vacation Time that we get. There is no other company out there that is going to offer you the amount of Holidays that we get.
