Meeting new people and being able to be a good "leaving point" for the Participants.

Appreciating their staff and correcting bad business practices that create awful managers that only burn out their teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Giving better bonuses, not just $25 or $50 gift cards at the end of the year and competitive wages.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop acting like they are supervisors; doing what they're paid to do, instead of running their personal businesses from the office; leaving early and clocking out from home at a later time; going on details for a month at a time; just being decent human beings and being respectful.
