What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some co-workers are great to work with, that's about it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Because this place is so short staffed, and we dont have the help. and nobody looks forward to coming into work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I guess the compensation is just under the State of Florida's. So I understand. I personally dont have blue cross and blue shield through yall, but I hear other employees saying the coverage could be better, and the co-pays are high.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
LISTEN to the staff, and get up and help us at times. We are so short staffed its not even funny!! and they just tell us what needs to be done and expect it, even so short as we are, and they dont assist us.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better support from Captains and Lieutenants. Proper training for staff who work certain posts and DON'T have the KNOWLEDGE nor experience. Then when the next shift comes on, we are having to do our work PLUS theirs, because they dont care and just leave once relieved .
