My only complaint is my specific team does not have a clear onboarding manual. I am working to create one as I go through the process.

I enjoy the daily team meetings and getting face to face interaction with coworkers.

I am new to the industry itself, so I was lowballed for my intro offer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's an air of teamwork and yet also pretty clear lines of each team member being responsible for one aspect or another. Clear expertise, clear willingness to support.
