Its majorly stand on changing of peoples live positively. its purely correctional. We spend much of our day watching residence for suspicious or illegal behavior, including contraband. Possession of practical problem solving techniques is our practice though in the face if argument.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am new here. My comment here may not be real of what I feel about it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We give report of what we see and must be immediate, to our supervisors. Playing a brotherly role to the residence in counselling
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sharing of knowledge. Ready to assist when difficulty arise. Productivity and satisfaction on the part of employees. managers trust their employees to produce quality work and make good decisions without constant oversight.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Firmness in decision making. Striving to make good out of rotten. both supervisors and the counselors are really trying to make good out of the rotten, using hot and gentle words to effect changes. I must tell you, its really working.
What makes you most happy at work?
1.Making few more money. the money was increased few weeks ago. Predictably, higher wages are tied to higher levels of worker satisfaction. We have a good boss. a competent boss is one of the most crucial factors in having a happy workplace. Then sociable colleagues is another factor.
