What makes you most happy at work?
When my clients reach a "light bulb" moment or facilitating groups.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I did not take any of the benefits offered because I do not need them, however they seem good for the part-time position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
GEO creates an environment that is safe, diversified, and really passionate about teaching others. I feel I can ask questions, make a mistake, and everything is going to be okay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard and get done what needs to get done- I do feel like they can be a little more passionate about their job, as some of them don't really seem to care about their assigned residents.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about my well-being and really trained me prior to starting. I liked how I was not just thrown into the wind and learned for myself. The leadership team is constantly checking in and making sure I am comfortable in the position.
