This is my second time working here. I have never found another job that interested me as much as this one. My goal is for this to be my last job and I can retire from here. Although, since returning, I have now considered postponing my retirement longer than I was pre3viously thinking.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, I've worked here for about 20 years. Not continuously, but I am always eager to come back. I've seen it grow and I've seen the positive impact we have on people's lives. The work environment is professional and friendly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of the leadership team are approachable and receptive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO time is fair, paid holidays are very generous.

The pay is good, the time off provided is great!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Frequent gathering for special events. Super Bowl parties, Cinco de Mayo celebration, summer picnic, Christmas party.
What makes you most happy at work?
I constantly get the opportunity to learn new skills. I like being challenged with new assignments..

They are all very good at what they do. None of them seem to be so stressed that they aren't approachable.

I know I am doing something important. We help people when they need it most. it is a unique feeling.

My team is a close knit team that looks out for one another. Their knowledge and willingness to share it is very helpful.

Our leadership team is very invested in being the best for our customers. We all know our products and services must be accurate and reliable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is committed to the same goal and work diligently to achieve it. When it comes time to relax or unwind, we have plenty of opportunity.
