What are some of the best things about your team?
No matter what people are going through, everyone is kind and helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay raise would help my family and I out, a lot!!!!!! It is difficult to live off 12$ an hour. Especially as a single mother. I am thankful, however.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its diverse here. So you get to meet all sorts of people from different walks of life. You here stories. Some good, some bad, but we're all in this together. As a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm recently new here to the team! I have been welcomed with open arms and my supervisor, Mrs. Tonya Goodman has been wonderful! I'm am very thankful for this opportunity. Megan Sherrer-Data Entry Clerk
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to hopefully make a change in some of these offenders. Being the light and not the dark in an already dark environment. Having my own space. Being able to work in a fairly stress free environment. The thought of being able to provide for my family, now. Very thankful.
