I don't really know right now.

I'm most happy at work based on knowing what to expect when I walk through the gates of an incarcerated environment. We are all safe here; staff, incarcerated individuals, and outside agencies, based on everyone doing their part in a respectful and consistent manner. Working at GEO is exhilarating.

The most positive aspect about the culture and environment at GEO is the diversity, every one is in collaboration to get the job done no matter what. I love this about GEO, I love to see everyone treated equally. Things are not perfect by no means, however, working here is merely like most families.

Some of the best things that I have observed about the team I work with, is that they are very helpful to me and each other, including the population that we serve. I believe that you won't ever see a GEO employee on television for committing a crime at work. GEO is ran with the utmost respect!

What I like best about the leadership team here at GEO Phoenix West is the professionalism and integrity that is displayed by all of the leaders here. GEO is a place where you can be who you are no matter what life has dealt you, then you get to work with people who may have had it worse than you.
