The attitudes of the people I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling that I'm doing something productive and worthwhile, and working with people I enjoy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I assume by "Leadership Team" you are referring to Corporate, and to be honest I don't really know enough about them to express an opinion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all have great attitudes, are very appreciative and help each other out. They go out of their way to make working here fun and enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although GEO has finally raised the hourly wage to something better than what I could make working at the Taco Mayo up the street from my house, it's still a little below industry standard for this position even for this geographic area.
