Have only been with GEO a short time. Area staff doing the same job are very helpful. My supervisor set up a mentor almost immediately so that I had someone to call if I needed answers on something.

The workload does not match the pay.

They are willing to pitch in wherever they are needed.

When a participant finishes programming and applies it to their life

They seem to have an open policy if you need something. Have never had to ask as my supervisor has always addressed issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Staff are always looking for ways to improve the workload. When they discover something that works they share it. We do not have to recreate the wheel.
