I am a new employee. However, so far I really enjoy working at The Geo Group. It's a really nice working environment and the other co-workers are really nice. So far my managers that I work with directly have been really nice to me and they are training me too. My new hire orientation was great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid holidays off. Medical benefits are comprehensive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've only been employed here a short time but it appears Leadership sets a very positive tone for great culture, good work ethics and a pleasant work environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
I look forward to be busy and get things done. But what makes me happy is that I am not doing a daily grind with a huge workload.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People here seem to be working in a relaxed environment. It's also apparent that the culture fosters all to have respect for each other and to treat everyone in a professional manner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that I work with makes me feel welcomed and they encourage me to learn. There is no drama and everyone is a team player willing to help each other.
