CORP was horrible and the work environment was beyond stressful. However GEO Care is why I stayed. The leadership is amazing.

GEO Care really cares about the team.

The participants are the best. Helping others.

Knowledge of the coworkers allow for more growth.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

GEO CORP was horrible but GEO CARE is wonderful.

Currently this is hard to answer as I have changed positions.

I have no control over the improvement of my co workers.

People should be paid their worth, not what upper management thinks a position is worth.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Talking about helping is not the same as helping. The words and actions need to line up better.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no interested in training the proper way. The blind leading the blind result in horrible outcomes

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Operation compensation is completely under paid for the work expectations. Corporate staff is needed, but should never make more than the person in the field.
