What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They dont care about their staff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the pto we are given and the 401k matching.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It would be nice if our administration was genuinely concerned about their subordinates and their well being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My staff confide in me and trust that i push their concerns to the next level, which i do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All they want to do is punish staff. They dont care about our well being whatsoever. If you dont work your mandated 4 12 hour shifts, they write you up, no matter what you have going on in your life. I personally just got written up for calling off last week for having an upper respiratory infection
