I believe that the company should explain to their customers with more effort that there are different ways to do things and there are many different advancement within recidivism including new methods within mental health.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is supportive and constantly are listening to each other and pushing each other to do better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about my work environment is the support that each person on the team gives to one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The supervisor in the office is kind and understand. They continually make themselves available for question, comments, concerns, and listens to ideas that will improve the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is the fact that I do not know what I am walking into for the day. Each day is different and there are new challenges that I would never face in any other job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, I do feel that I am underpaid for the nature of the job. I believe that the job is necessary and my opinion is valued. With the nature of this position as a CM, there are responsibilities that should be valued more.
