Time off schedule, vacation accrual. To improve, rotate weekends, 12 hour schedule.

Clear schedules before hiring, days worked to get time off, earned vacation use.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make a schedule that provides regular weekends off for family time. Families are why we work!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The responsibility out weighs the pay. No real retirement. Schdule gives teo weekends off every other month.
