Very good , came in to set up a medical unit to assist Pardons and Paroles with a new endeavor and it has been a fantastic experiance .

The pay and days off are much more than fair.

Work load is not overwhelming and I have time to be my best at what I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is smiling because of the teamwork and attitudes that are quite refreshing. Everyone is eager to jump in and help each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They listen and are eager to help even before we ask. There is never a wrong answer just a different answer, so we never feel stupid for asking questions . They make us feel good about what we are doing and about ourselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give continuous support with a smile and even the hiarchy / upper levels are ,genuinely friendly and supportive, letting us know they care and are there for us. Unlike many companies where you don't know who they are and have never laid eyes on them.
