Everyone is able to get along well, and they have each others' back at all times.

They're active, and fun to be around never a boring moment of just quietness. Makes the job easier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're attentive of how I'm doing, I'm new but they make sure I'm doing well as a new member to the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Normslly it depends on who I work with that determined how my day will go. If it's with someone I enjoy working with then I'm extremely joyful, if not well the days feel long.
