What do you like best about the leadership team?
the medical department leadership team is very fair and does their best to accommodate staff for a good work life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came from an AZ state facility and we received the 20% increase in lieu of the monthly stipend. I came here and not only is it a 20% pay cut, there is no state stipend and the insurance costs more. Medical staff should get 20% if you want to retain employees otherwise they can go elsewhere.
