Poor, feel unwelcome to the company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is a rift between the departments in our office. This makes it difficult for anyone to be pleasant.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to ensure that we have the tools to do our job and do theirs without asking for assistance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance co-pays are astronomical, although my wage is higher than through a government job, I am paying more for medical and other benefits.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co worker is caught in trying to do her job as well as aspects of the directors job which is honestly more than she can handle.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being prepared to have someone new join the team. It appeared that nothing was ready for me to start my job. I did not have computer access for over a month, no keys and no ability to preform the tasks asked of me without seeking others for assistance.
